STEP 1:   APPLY

Get in touch with the Happy Day Mortgage Team at NEXA Lending and easily apply for a home loan. You can apply in-person at our office, via Zoom or over the phone with Val Lynn Booth a licensed loan originator. Once we set up your account, you'll need to provide basic information about the property you want to purchase, your income, assets, and information about your current loan (if you're refinancing).

STEP 2:   PRE-APPROVAL

Armed with some basic information, your licensed loan officer will review your loan application and process the information you've provided to determine if we can move forward. Once your loan is pre-approved, we will issue a Preapproval Letter and you can compare loan programs, rates, and terms.Now you can shop competitively with confidence for your dream home! Let your Happy Day Mortgage Loan Officer know if you do not have a Realtor and we will provide you a list of local experts.

STEP 3:   REVIEW YOUR LOAN ESTIMATE

You will receive a Loan Estimate to review and we'll review it with you. It will contain estimated costs / fees, an interest rate and the terms of the loan. If you choose to lock in your rate, you will usually have 30 to 60 days find the home of your dreams and close your loan.

STEP 4:   SIGN AND CLOSE

From signing the Loan Estimate to Closing may tak between 14 and 60 days. This time varies depending on your specific loan situation. Don't worry, Val and your Happy Day Mortgage Team will work closely with you to shorten this timeframe. After the underwriter deems your file as officially Cleared to Close, we’ll schedule a time to close and see you at the closing table!
